A Green Smoothie is the answer!

It's good for whatever ails you. Change it up however you like, just be sure to add enough liquid that the blender will run effectively!
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia seeds, soaked for 10 minutes in
  • 1 cup coconut juice (my favorite) or green tea or water
  • 1 cup almond milk or skim milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 Tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 cup frozen mixed fruit
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, or 2 cups fresh
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  1. Dump all ingredients in the blender, and blend until smooth, adding additional liquid if needed.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness with additional honey, if preferred.
  3. Add a dollop of whipped cream and enjoy!
